Pros

flexible hours , pd holidays , vacation and insurance

Cons

Pay is low and they are inconsistent with things like reviews/raises etc...Too Management heavy. Bosses Micro manage you and not enough staffing to get you job done timely. The neighborhood is awful . Full of homeless drug addicted people and they do a needle exchange on Wed so if you have to work late you are scared to go out to your car.

Thanks for your review. We are moving to a new headquarters soon! We know our current location isn't optimal and are excited to bring all the operations in Eugene to one location. We are happy to share since your review in 2018 that we have a great team of employees and have done wage analysis and our pay is now at or above average for all positions.

Pros

From a driver’s point of view: the 401K and insurance are okay, not great. Driver Appreciation Week is excellent — they truly make you feel valued. Co-drivers maintain their trucks well and work together smoothly.

Cons

The company is going through a major restructuring and has let go of many long-time employees, so everyone feels uneasy. It’s not a family-friendly company — drivers must work weekends and long 12+ hour shifts, five days a week, leaving almost no personal time. Pay is below average, raises aren’t guaranteed, and cost-of-living adjustments aren’t accurate. Driver Deliveries are never consistent. Things change often without notice, making it impossible for drivers to plan anything after work.
