Pros

Solid work and decent hours

Cons

Poor management and acknowledgement, you have an idea it’s shot down and then recreated as their ideas.

Pros

Pay is fair, work life balance was okay, free tuition for all employees

Cons

Told everyone they needed to start going back into the office 5 days a week a day before it happened, then a month later announced they’re shutting down their Chicago/Dunes offices for “One Tyson” culture. It’s really a way for them to lay a bunch of people off without having accountability, since very few people in Chicago have desire to relocate to NWA. These team members either have to relocate or lose their job, absolutely no option to work remote. Leadership was very out of touch with what the people really wanted, and cared more about what they thought made sense without regard for their employees. There was also so much distinction and turn over on teams. Tyson offers horrible benefits comparable to other companies its size. Overall, need fresh leadership that isn’t so focused on everyone sitting at a cubicle 5 days a week just because they’re told to.
