      Pros

      New senior level management might be able to turn it around, but it's not happening quickly enough.

      Cons

      Left after working for the company for many years. Pay and increases were terrible. No annual pay increases. Horrible benefits, really horrible. Tired of being treated poorly. Constant turnover of staff. If the company cares about their staff, they don't show it. Ridiculed and harassed by upper level management. zero recognition

      Non medical managers run the show

      Pros

      It's a job and a pay check. Co workers can be supportive. Helping someone injured or sick.

      Cons

      1. Non medical clinic managers control clinics and attempt to manage Doc's, P.A.'s and medical workers. 2. No respect given to medical team from upper management. 3. Slow-no consideration for clients waiting for HOURS for a simple urine drug screen that takes a few miniutes. 4. Treat workers comp patients like they are liars.

      To learn what not to do...

      Cons

      Management does not care about it's employees. They use you in order to advance themselves. Quality of care is poor. Customer service is poor. There is no accountability at any level of upper management. Everything is blamed on front line managers.
