      Pros

      Enjoyed working for a company that cares for the elderly.

      Cons

      Top management would constantly give out conflicting directions. Turmoil within the senior leadership team. Much turnover at management level.

      Pros

      Beautiful building and great staff. The concept is innovative and well thought out. The families are wonderful and the residents are fun. You become a part of an extended family

      Cons

      The corporation itself are unethical. It's unfortunate that the company really has no future under the current corporate leadership. They say one thing and do another. You build a trust in them and work hard to make the company a better place to live for the residents and work for the staff but no matter what efforts you put into the company, they will chew you up and spit you out and move on to the next person.

      There are simply no pros to working for US Memory Care.

      Cons

      Corporate management has no idea what they are doing and are totally unethical. Turn over is incredibly high.
