      "A Great Place to Work"

      Pros

      This is a privately held company that is truly invested in their employees. There is a unique culture of giving back to the community and causes to relieve human suffering. It is pretty difficult to get a job here but it is a place you want to work.

      Pros

      Lots of hands on experience. Pays very well for company their size.

      Cons

      They are very cheap when it comes to upgrading IT hardware/software/support. No Work/Life Balance A bunch of immature people that management does not handle properly.

      5am start time, if you like working early a.m

      Cons

      Definitely an environment where those who move up are simply friends of those who are in positions in which they are seriously under qualified. You get singled out for being a hard worker and are given others job responsibilities. You’ll be over worked and management will be careless with hearing suggestions as to how better run the day and keep everyone safe. Work abuses and harassments run rampant at Facilities like Alsip. The place is a revolving door and if Corporate doesn’t get a hand on it, it will continue to be so. Don’t work here and waste your time with the current management team. They’re amateurs.
