Pretty much the lack of empathy for employees and everything that comes along with minimum pay over worked and unnecessarily over stressed environment. Ask anyone in the line industry the reputation U-Tec has. Very toxic style leadership from senior management that trickles down to middle management causing the guys working in the field to feel like an underpaid over worked number and not human. Example of previous sentence I talked with 3 managers expressing my concerns and issues and I was told I’m sorry you feel that way and ignored after that. Then, harassed until I was asked to quit and they fired me unethically on a separate occasion. They said the reason being was “ga is a right to work state get over it” only to beg to hire me back within a week. Another example, Meetings with middle managers last all day and company didn’t provide breakfast lunch or even bottles of water. Never wanted input or to make changes to modernize the culture. Good employees pick up slack for sorry employees with no accountability for sorry employees behavior. Racist remarks are very common amongst guys at all levels. Hire just enough black people to meet quota. Minimum raises. Profits company makes and their compensation doesn’t balance out. All negative morale and no cohesion within organization. Poor communication. Classic white man business model as in Very narcissistic toxic culture centered around nepotism and greed. Pay starts at 12/hr for ground man 16/hr foreman 1200/wk general foreman. That’s pretty much where you stay until you quit and come back. Trucks are monitored and watched closely
