      Pros

      Tremendous experience, and lots of legitimate skills to be gained, especially for the beginners.

      Cons

      Huge amounts of workload, ridiculous requirements, a lack of political will from the management, and misguided ideology of the CEO.

      Pros

      Modern infrastructure, the state of art instruments (at leats in the analytical department), nice workspace. Very dynamic work environment, especially good for young motivated people, as they can learn a lot about the biopharma industry in short time, as well learn how to deal with the work load.

      Cons

      No communication between different departments, and often poor communication between managers and employees. Low salaries. Can be stressful at some moments. Managers experience constant humiliation and are told off by the CEO.
