      Pros

      As a fast moving consumer goods company offering a product with 10 days shelf life, UAC Foods is a training school that drills you in your role. There are tons of opportunities to learn, fail, and grow.

      Cons

      The work culture is great, however, there is not much enforced structure in place. This is currently being worked on but will take a while.
