the owner/manager/HR treats his employees really bad.. disrespects yells talks down on employees.. there's no proper training or blueprints.. nothing is done safety and Charles doesn't care for any of his employees.. people dont last there very long no benefits or insurance of any kind.. the forklifts are always in bad condition and you'll never get a raise there.. dont waste your time and your better off looking for work somewhere else.. there's no future and all the employees that works there are not happy with the way he treats them and most of them are looking for work somewhere else as we speak

The boss is always late so you have to clock in late. No raise after date of hire.even if he promised. they lie on ads, they say its going to be that much but charles expects you to take lower. boss Charles demmands you to stay over time and gets mad if not. He yells, disrespects n treats his employees like trash.gets mad if you take "too long" in the restroom. No future here. little space to work on.
