Challenging goals, you can never reach. Small company and variety task to do. Multi-national cultures.
Cons
Company is unethical. Always point finger to good workers and fired them at end. Ex-pats need to maintain their job security, local would not have good career.

Salary is competitive; Work is relatively simple; Benefits are great; Small staff is friendly; Encouraged to ask questions if confused about an issue; Weekends off unless traveling on business; Lot's of holidays; PTO and vacation days; Teamwork encouraged
Cons
Foreign/international company so communication is slow and sometimes frustrating; Lack of clear directions or goals; Exempt employees encouraged to work 50 hrs per week at office & to be always available via e-mail and cell phone; 90 day probationary starting period without benefits, PTO or vacation days; Company emphasizes travel to customers i.e. 30 to 40% depending on your accounts; Micromanaging by general manager; Mostly administrative work
