1. Poor compensation, close to 0 bonus for a front office role 2 years in a row
2. Little budget, have essentially 0 events for marketing and distribution purposes
3. Chaotic management, esp towards young talent, keep letting good ppl go because of merger, can literally hear ppl complaining about it everyday
4. Huge bureaucracy, hard to get anything done
In all wouldn't suggest joining at this moment as long as you have comparable offer elsewhere
