      Pros

      Be a part of an organization that provides patients with cutting edge research and technology. I work with nationally-ranked doctors and clinical teams who restore hope and save lives.

      Cons

      Non-clinical employees receive the short end of the stick. Turnover is ridiculously high. Compensation is poor and based on years of experience vs. actual skill or performance. There is little to no career growth opportunities internally and professional development is non-existent. My department will not invest in the tools I need to do my job.

      Pros

      Only good reason for working at UC Health is the benefits. The pay is fine, but not worth the headache.

      Cons

      I was warned to not come to UC health, but decided to take the risk. Worst mistake of my life. The lack of communication between upper and mid-management. My immediate manager is the a micro-manager. Work / home balance is non existent. Worst mistake of my career going there.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedules in some areas. Decent pay. Good benefits.

      Cons

      There are no paid holidays. You must use your PTO or you will have to make up the time off for the holiday. Upper Management is unethical and unprofessional. There is no advocate for the associate. Once you have a disagreement with a manager, you can forget ever moving around in the company. They will bad mouth you to the others and block your job postings. The culture is terrible.
