It a healthy environment to work. Sometimes there is work pressure but it’s overcome by team work.

There is absolutely no goal or vision driving this company. The owner and his wife, who are at the helm, seem more interested in Vastu than actually understanding or valuing their people. Leadership is clueless and detached from reality. Harassment feels like the default management style. Constructive feedback is not just unwelcome—it's punished. The moment you speak up, you're no longer “family,” you're seen as a threat. Wrong people are put in key roles, and hiring seems to be based on favoritism or impulse rather than skill or need. If you're looking for growth, respect, or even basic clarity—look elsewhere.
