Leadership is clueless and detached from reality. Harassment feels like the default management style. Constructive feedback is not just unwelcome—it's punished. The moment you speak up, you're no longer “family,” you're seen as a threat. Wrong people are put in key roles, and hiring seems to be based on favoritism or impulse rather than skill or need.
