      Work life balance is decent, but sometimes expectations are not reasonable

      Cons

      Expected to be available 24x7. While this is not something that happens often, you are told your not a team player if you don't. Lack of organisation in things that matter, and too many unnecessary processes that don't help on anything No wfh flexibility. No feedback Grievances ignored Too much favoritism with different treatment for different people

      You get a salary on time.

      Cons

      - So much politics from management. - You will get maternity leave after signing the bond. If you don't sign you will not get maternity leave. or you broke the bond you will have to return the money. - There's no further exposure in terms of work. - They call you family but at the end, they will use you. - The important criterion is how long your tongue is. no matter how good you are in your work. - you will not get an appraisal based on your performance. These things are predecided.

      Colleagues are good. That's all.

      Late workings. Bad office setup, feels like fish market. No cope for growth in creative terms because most of creative works are for only bfsi clients and that too just emailers. Strict timings. Management issues.
