      If you are a person who likes challenges and exploration, you will learn a lot by yourself, because no one will guide you, your manager will only speak with one mouth

      Cons

      The workload is heavy and everything is handled by oneself. The pay doesn’t match the amount of work you do. Solve the problem all by yourself, without any support from your managers
