      Good entrepreneurial leadership, always seeking to expand the business. They recognize hardwork, innnovation and loyalty. Good compensation and good medical benefits.

      The work is easy enough

      Cons

      Ask about Krys. You'll be warned day one if you're foolish enough to take the job. You'll be talked to like a whopping $21/Hr is doing you a favor when you can make more literally anywhere. The "operations manager" thinks he's God yet lets good workers leave because he insists on keeping a useless tool who boosts his ego by desperately chasing his approval. It's the most unprofessional mess I've ever been stupid enough to be a part of.
