Pros
The vibe of the office is very good, everyone is very friendly and outgoing. Very good progression opportunities, frequent 1-1 sessions, especially on your first weeks on the job. Good benefits and nice perks, coffee machine in the office, ps4 with games and frequent social events. You quickly get to manage your own accounts, the company is very customer centric and not just pushing sales so you get a chance to speak with your customers quite often and really build solid relationships.
Cons
Can me challenging at times, especially after your first week after you finish training, there is the pressure of meeting a monthly sales target but i found i learned quick which then becomes very rewarding when you hit the targets
