Pros

Good place to start a career, with strong opportunities to gain hands-on field experience. Offers good schedule flexibility, which can help with work-life balance.

Cons

Salary could be more competitive. Undefined internal structures can make collaboration inefficient and create confusion around responsibilities and processes.

Pros

Work from home No micromanagement

Cons

• Salaries are miserably low compared to other IT & networking companies. You’ll earn far less here than anywhere else in the industry. • Career growth is a joke. Promotions are not based on performance, knowledge, or hard work — they’re based entirely on whether management “likes” you. Merit means nothing. • Management is incompetent, unprofessional, and toxic. Leadership has no vision, no transparency, and no accountability. Employees are treated as disposable. • Top management of some department is infamous for making disgusting and inappropriate comments to female employees during company events. This is not a secret — everyone knows about it, including HR. But HR looks the other way because he’s “too big to fail.” That tells you everything you need to know about the ethics (or lack thereof) in this company. • The work environment is demoralizing, unethical, and unsafe. If you are a woman, this place is especially hostile.
