A great idea, but an extremely unorganized start-up that is on the brink of failure
Pros
Good business culture, you are allowed to take as long as you want for lunch breaks and dress very casually. Can speak to upper management, but that only allows you to see how dilusional they are about the company's future without any kind of concrete plan.
Cons
A company that has such an amazing passion for the future of this planet should not beef up its products' abilities to its partners and customers as much as it does. It also promises a great deal of compensation to new employees that is completely unattainable and causes an extrordinarily high turnover rate. Many of UGE's employees are in "VP" jobs but have no real experience in the field and has no idea how to manage people underneath them. No one in the company is much older than 30, and that should tell you something about what you are getting into both as a potential employee and a "partner" to them.
