You will learn a lot in a short time. They are known of employing good quality worker..
Cons
Lot of pressure. They don't care if you have temporary personal problems. They won't reduce the pressure. They squeeze the lemon and then throw away. They don't stand by their workers - you will face your problems alone, and pay the price if you fail. They mark every single failure, no matter how tiny. It won't matter a bit that it was your first time doing something, and that later you got better: It will be marked. By contract, you can't work with any client you worked with for 2 years. Upon leaving, they make you sign on a declaration that you have no single file you worked on. That means you are not suppose to have any Portfolio.
