Small comms team so lots of opportunity to work across projects and areas Quite a lot of freedom for ideas etc Reasonable pay Good healthy lifestyle benefit Good annual leave and Xmas closure Often fruit boxes, snacks, healthy lifestyle week (massages, yoga, walks etc)
Cons
Little opportunity for progression/promotion Only one day a week WFH (pre-covid)
