      Bad attitude from all staff, poor wage, unethical sales

      I can't think of a single pro.

      Cons

      Bad attitude from colleagues and management. Handful of nice people but the majority gossip, argue and fight like school kids. Awful pay, outdated software and miserable atmosphere. Bonus structure is bogus.

      Good bonus structure. If your prepared to be unethical you'll make a lot.

      Cons

      Awful training, bad management. Basically feel like a number on a screen, using dodgy sales techniques to get things past there qc rather then sell the product
