All staff are treated as disposable. One example was a large number of staff were told that their jobs were safe over winter as long as they pushed on to finish a large landscaping project as the money generated would cover the 'slow' time during winter. Of course veryone did push on doing extra hours and often travelling hundreds of unpaid miles and finished the project in fine fashion. The following week a fortnight before Christmas, the majority of staff involved were let go and the directors took delivery of new Mercedes.
