1. No normal paid. Loads of work but paid very less 2. No sponsorship. The boss will give u a hope for the sponsorship but it’s just a hook. 3. Mental and physical health illness. Lots of pressures we need to carry especially during the peak time, which gonna affect ur mental and physically health. 4. No work life balance. The boss always encourage employees to do additionally none-paid overtime for the performance.

No chance of getting a permanent position here—the boss will only treat you as free labor. Their management still clings to old-fashioned beliefs, assuming everyone will bury their heads in work just for a meager paycheck. Also, if this company tries to use the sponsorship as leverage to keep you tied down, don’t let them control you. Get out while you can.
