Pros

The only few pros I could ever say about my experience at Uniqlo are the 30% discounts, the banters I had with some co-workers, and writing and receiving 'Thank You' cards.

Cons

The ones that really dipped for me in terms of work and team culture include bossy or nit-picky attitude, micromanagement, low self-confidence and self-esteem, and overall toxic, poor working environment. For the majority of it all, I would have the worst time every single time I would be rostered on for a shift. It was so bad I had to mentally and physically prepare myself beforehand not to be shaken up or pass out of anxiety.
