Pros

The other people who worked there were the only pros

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE! Fired a group of individuals with absolutely NO explanation off. CEO is extremely unprofessional, sends out company emails degrading former employees and putting their buisness out for the world to see. worst place I've ever worked at

UPIC Health Response

Hi - Again we totally understand your frustration and thus expect you to take the view that the CEO is horrible, etc. These are very traditional responses to contract terminations for cause. But as stated previously, given the enormity of employee, patient and client complaints despite our continuous coaching, it became clear UPIC Health was just not the right place for you. We sincerely hope you find an environment better suited to your background and wish you all the best.

Pros

There are no pros to working here. This place masquerade as a win for womens health, but is a lie.

Cons

- Narcissistic Manager/CEO -Constant Turnover because of Management and Poor Company Culture - Limited Breaks/Time to Reset - they care more about how many calls you take rather than your own well being - Toxic Work Environment - there is no sense of compassion, unity, or - Mixed Messages - Many healthcare workers, therapists, social workers all have 'compassion fatigue' - the way this business is run is incredibly toxic and should not use compassion fatigue as an example of their shortcomings.

Pros

Laid back dress code, Work from home, Co-workers are amazing!

Cons

6 Month probation period- That beyond long for the amount of work you do and the hours you work. Better not get sick- I called from the ER one morning and came in with a doctors note as well and it still counted against me as a call out Passive aggressive- You will ask a question to management and later see that they have sent out a nasty toned email to everyone about you just without your name on it. Management- Is a whole hot mess. They just regular people who walk around with a title and really don't know their job. They do enough to cover their behinds but will put the blame on someone else really quick. If you work there they are not your friends nor do they really care about your well being. Remember that. Also, don't have an opinion different than theirs. I was under the impression that we were free to express our selves but the moment I did I was booted out the door. Also, don't have kids or any life experiences. My daughter had 4 doctor appointments and I took half days with doctor notes and will still fire for attendance. I really thought it was going to be an amazing company to work for, turned out to be a s-show.
