    I worked at UPS full-time

    Pros

Good rate of pay with small pay increases (through an EBA) annually, which is pretty well impossible to find in corporate offices, so that those with anxiety don't have to ask their boss for a pay rise. 2x cash bonuses per year, dependant on KPIS and company revenue - yyou do not have to work in sales to be eligible for bonuses. Aa long as you are permanent full time you should receive bonuses. Generally good people to work with. Company policies and procedures are very structured so everyone knows what job they have to do.

    Cons

Management want to keep a track of everything you do, I wouldn't be suprised if I was told I will now be monitored on how many times I go to the bathroom per day. Near impossible to move up the ranks without a university degree. Company will not fire people who are slackers or incompetent or both, after reprimanding them almost daily, it's as if management choose to then ignore it, ggiving tthem a llighter woworkload anand pputting mmore prpressure oon oother workers. Which makes the 'slackers' arrogant, as they know the company won't fire them. because management are too scared of a lawsuit.
