      Pros

      UR-Channel has an innovative and well-positioned product and service delivery that has the potential to skyrocket. The core operations team is a well-run talented lean group that are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Serious issues with management style on the sales and marketing side. Lack of direction, unrealistic timelines, demotivating, toxic culture, low compensation and no value for hard-work and talent are a few of the downsides. There is some movement with upper levels trying to bring in fresh ideas and new directions. I hope it works.

      Pros

      The people who work here are genuinely good people. They come into work and remain friendly and optimistic despite the negative work environment created by the CEO. Their platform is actually quite intriguing and has the potential to be a real game changer. A chance to work with really notable brands.

      Cons

      The CEO is quite disrespectful and has a tendency to talk down to employees. I believe that if there is an issue with a certain employee, you address it in a proper way and not in a way where the whole office is aware of it. No culture. I mean absolutely none. Don't come to this company if you are expecting a modern, 'work hard, play hard' type culture. The culture here is more of a 'work hard, be yelled at, work harder' type of culture. Not many opportunities for advancement. Pretty much a dead end.
