      Fake Promises

      Pros

      Paid lunch time, Friendly employees.

      Cons

      Company is full of favoritism, for example a favorite can clock in late and the supervisor will fix it for somebody else it's a different story you will most likely get fired. You have to meet a quota for each day and when a person doesn't you are basically on the verge to get fired as for people who are the supervisors favorites gets a pat on the back and many chances. We were told that we will get paid for up-sales and I never received a check.

      Good pay of $14/hr, provides lunch a few times, massages for employees, nice co-workers, no work-place drama, no strict dress code, can have hair color, can wear relaxed clothes, not a lot of walking

      Cons

      A bit demanding, no breaks only 30 min lunch, micro-management at times, not very flexible, not much room for growth, rude and entitled customers, very long phone calls(sometimes an 1+), horrible traffic to and from work

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Worked one one of the best managers I've ever gotten to know. Pay was good for job description. Good medical.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is never good. If you got up from your seat, supervisor always checks and asks what you're doing up. Work is very repetitive and no room for growth in company. Only way to move up is either you had to have been in USMED since the early days or you kissed up enough.
