      Pros

      The work is not the most challenging.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent, pompous and full of themselves. Oh, and they also fail miserably at managing. Other employees are ok, but most people that work for this company seem to be a tad crazy.

      Flexible schedule, laid back environment

      Cons

      No growth, not a good choice for career advancement, COMMUNICATION IS absolutely AWFUL, never answers phone and rarely responds to emails when calling HR, not very detail oriented

      Bait and switch mentality with poor company values

      Pros

      The positions don't require a high skill set, wage is ok for entry level positions and professional work attire is not required.

      Cons

      If you are good at what you do, you will be locked into the position with new room for growth because you are "too valued" in that department. Be prepared to be used and abused until you can't physically or mentally take it anymore.
