Any concerns raised to the parent company can also lead to you getting fired HR exists only to probe into union activity. A lot of smiling faces just looking out for the company that provide zero help or solutions. Leadership will actively target "troublemakers" during meetings for things they did not do Failure to follow up on promises "Bonuses" have withered away to 1/10th of what they were 7 years ago, that is if you get one at all. There is a serious lack of training Some people are doing the work of 2-3 positions without proper compensation They'll use you for your extra skillsets, but only when it's convenient for them and they will not pay you for it without a fight. Strongly works against union supporters as if they're Ford in the 1930s.
