      Pros

      I am getting salary on time with US Software group with my tenure (3 years) thanks for us software Group. and we are getting other benefits like Group Medical Insurance , 25 leaves pa. (excluding Public holiday) and good Incentives.

      Nothing to point out bad things about US Software group

      Full and Final Settlement - Last Month Salary Not Recieved after left 9 Month

      Pros

      - When ever you call, they will answer your call but answer will be same all the time

      Cons

      - After i left a company called Panoramic Group, I ask for salary after 45 days, they said they didn't get any confirmation from that company. This is the answer I hear all the time. - They will not reply any of your emails - I don't know my salary of 1 and half will get or not. Finger crossed

      Pros

      Salary. They make drama to get u onboard n then u are left at client side. Please read Google and Glassdoor review before joining. My opinion don't JOIN

      Cons

      HR policy Body shop company not process n clarity No one has answers for employees queries and it never get resolved. People never respond to Poor language used while talking when your resign . No scope of growth.
