Pros

As a full time teacher, I love coaching for US Sports Institute because they offer flexible hours. They are thoughtful in accommodating your schedule and work with you to offer a location that works best. When I’ve reached out with questions they have always gotten back to me promptly. They also offer great incentives for giving your full effort to each session.

Sometimes didn't get assigned as many hours as I wanted, but it wasn't a lack of effort because there were other parts of the year when I was assigned a heap of teams/clinics

All staff and co-workers are very friendly and supportive. Great team atmosphere keeping you motivated to work hard. The company is very responsive to ever changing variables creating a smooth working experience for staff and clients. Provides fun and engaging programs to clients that are extremely rewarding to deliver.

Cons

Days off being at the start of the week only can limit the use of free time.
