Inconsistent management structure, asymmetric accountability system, increasing lack of transparency, drama-rich environment.

Hardly any pto.... manager said she had to work a whole year just to get one week! Company has very little structure after 20 years. No procedures. Their methods are to make everything as complicated as possible... if you suggest change you will be targeted and probably harassed. Don't say anything to your manager or HR about the harassment cause nothing will be done about it... in fact you'll be in trouble for allowing it to happen to you. Oh! And make sure not to make any positive remarks about co-workers as they may be offended and then you'll get fired. Trust me.. i know... it happened to me!
