At USA Link System, we respect the company's policy that involves maintaining discipline in the team for more productive workflow, which is made clear during the onboarding period as each employee is familiarized with USA Link System's rules of professional conduct. Everyone knows that time is precious so every 5-minute delay from our employee is equal to significant funds loss of our clients and partners. Your punctuality is a reflection of respect for your team members who show up on time and also shows how much you value your work as well as demonstrating your commitment to getting things done. Let’s also point out that toilet breaks, eating an apple, having another cup of tea or coffee, going to the accounting office to ask for a necessary document and any other little thing that falls into the 8 working hours, we don't cram them into the 60 minutes lunch break and the 2 breaks of 15 minutes each. That is why we take all the situations with our employees' coming late seriously enough and we are sorry that our self-motivated and autonomous management style didn't work for you. Being an international tech company and working with well-known brands and companies, we are responsible for keeping all data safe and secure. Namely for this reason we use cameras for safety purposes within the office as any unexpected challenge could be immediately recorded, extracted, and addressed to the relevant department. At USA Link System, we daily struggle in order to create a healthy and open-minded environment, focused on transparency, healthy competition, and efficiency of our working processes. Every employee is always able to address their thoughts, ideas, opinion, and feelings to upper management without any fear of being misunderstood, humiliated, or ridiculed.
