Bad environment but learning curve is good - dont recommend for senior and mid level

Pros
- Good CTO: Osama was one of the best persons I ever worked with. - You will learn a lot with flexible time management up to you. - nothing more good about the company
Cons
- CEO (Peter) nothing to see than worst person ever you have to deal with . - worst ever communication between the team members. - no contract, no medical, no social insurance. That means they call layoff whoever they want at any time. (Happened to past team member). - Small size project with old and legacy code. - no modern technologies, you will just have to write some ruby code the only technology that the company is writing.
