      Worst place I've ever worked

      Pros

      Coworkers that worked directly with me Members that I got to help. A few benefits were good. Had a good manager.

      Cons

      Senior Management made negative and unkind comments about other employees. They would play favorites with employees. They do not recognize employees unless you are a favorite of the CEO. The CEO makes everything about herself instead of making things about how the credit union could be better.

      Ok for a while

      Easy to get lending experience. Competitive rates and products to sell

      Poor health, dental benefits. severely understaffed, overworked, underpaid rude members can complain because we follow procedure, call CEO and get their way and a gift card sometimes Poor poor poor communication. Upper management will flat out lie to you to string you along so you stick around. Low pay for what you are asked to do. Lots of turnover right now, lots of mid level management and even upper management have or are quitting this year. Horrific branch management in Knoxville, one manager is never there, and is NOT helpful when they are, and loves to gossip. The other is new and cant seem to get trained on anything, and the other quit after over 10 years of service. I don't know what is going on right now, but they better figure it out or more turnover is to come.
