      Pros

      - Great & competent colleagues, almost everyone knows what they’re doing - Has “Fun days” and “co-working” days, events - 90% WFH - Great product that really helps MSMEs - Great learning environment, pushes everyone to get out of their comfort zone

      Cons

      - Hustle culture, 6 day work week & 9 hour workday. - - Will literally suck you dry and constant burnout (No OT pay) - Poor workload management - “Customer-obsessed/customer-centric” which leads to employee welfare neglect

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, plus 90% remote while 10% is for F2F activities and events that are compulsory

      Cons

      Long working hours, unmanageable workload, and you wear too many hats. You work for 9 hours, 6 days. NOT WORTH IT.
