      Pros

      Hard to think of any, I guess the benefits are ok and if you don’t care about work/ life balance then the OT is great.

      Cons

      This company does not care about their employees especially the lower level employees. They tell you lies to get you in the door, if you are told anything in the interview process, be sure to get everything in writing. They are extremely cheap when it comes to their employees well being, but will require you to be gone away from home 100% of the time if you are a FSE. The company that is sub contracted out has better benefits and travel.

      A tiny nepotist startup with no future

      Pros

      A lot of chocolates in the office kitchen.

      Cons

      The company openly practices nepotism for many key positions. As a result these positions are manned by highly incompetent "untouchables" who behave accordingly. Company culture is constant cover-up and blame game, with very toxic atmosphere. The place is tiny with no real promotion opportunities. They'll sink, you don't need to be there when it happens.

      Pros

      Great office , bring your dog policy, great team mates. Good market and product opportunity.

      Cons

      Impulsive management with high turn over, endlessly overworking employees with no end in sight and little recognition. Priority shifting daily, lack of focus and lack of transparency. Technology is less than average.
