- Extremely high workload, working at least 12 hours daily is normal. Superior like OT culture, if u didn't OT, they will think less of you. - work message is 24/7! Never stop. Ask u to go back support on weekend. Midnight work text, cause you always in alert, stress and couldn't sleep - little benefit, and harsh environment, superior like to use "scold method", treat employee like primary student. - they use unfair and with little legitimacy agreement to force employee stay instead of apply better benefit to reduce turnover rate. - Super poor management, do not have leadership skills at all. - do not balance between employee and customers, will commit customer for their ridiculous requirements without consider employee, when things go wrong, employee bear all the blame. - extremely family oriented, if u think u have future here, close family members are everywhere! - if u would like to leave within the agreed time, they will use evil method to destroy your reputation. They will try everyway to submit your name as bad employee. - think carefully before u sign anything!
