- dead energy of people clearly pretending that they like it here - unfairly low salary - evening shifts where there's nothing to do, it's easy to fall asleep out of boredom - amateur level of training, people who train you have the knowledge about the software but don't have the skill to train people, giving you cold information for several hours, I was falling asleep, there was no energy flowing
