Terrible management, who only cares about numbers and not people. Terrible training/onboarding process, terrible communication from leadership, terrible team dynamic and team members who lie to upper management regarding other team members. Favoritism is displayed very clearly from leadership, down to team members. TERRIBLE culture that they will sell you on in an interview, but it is not the truth of who they really are. RUN for the hills! They also make you sign a non-compete that has insanely strict parameters in the DFW area, so if you are let go or quit, you basically have to move to work in the industry. They are known for pursuing legal action against former employees, which again proves they only care about money, not people. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
