They use CFYs so the don’t have to pay high wage. They do not pay well, they do not case about compensating for your experience. They don’t have staff since they don’t pay well so their solution is to push groups. I’ve been a speech therapy for over 20 years and this is the worst company I ever worked for . Since they don’t pay well they don’t care about you or having the team so therefore patients don’t get what they deserve !
