Honourable mission and lovely coworkers. Nice benefits for a start-up (e.g. free office lunch, fitness incentive)

Cons

Periods before submissions can be chaotic. Usually very few people in the office. Not a lot of progression opportunities, which possibly related with relatively small size of the company,

Great team and very motivated people. Salaries and bonus compensation could be better considering the below.

Cons

People tend to work late nights and even weekends. It seems like the norm now that people work up until 10/11pm at night. There have also been several instances of people working during the weekends.
