They are using the insane Job control to track you activities such as web pages you visit, apps running, mouse and keyboard usage. If you lock you computer and to to toilet, you have enter where were you for 4 minutes, otherwise it is not considered as working hours.
Rules are only applicable to you, but not on those who have been working here for several years.

Even with several years experience, they force you that you have to prove in a same way as a junior! Even if you know more about a field just because you are the new incomer you word does not count against who has 0 experience on the field (but they hired you because you have experience)
Friendship, backing each other counts more the professionalism or expertise. Pro-activity is not appreciated because it would point out that many people just play darts and get warm in the office. They cannot measure the real efforts therefore they count your mouse clicking and webpage surfing.
Project management has 0 idea about real agile or any SW development methodology.
