      > I would never mind doing extra work, as I was compensated for the extra working hours. > The fun activities like picnic, overnite, funweek and other team building activities always boosted my spirit and helped me reset my mind.

      > Whatsapp, Facebook, and other social media is not blocked, But not allowed to be used during work hours. May be its add discipline.
