      Immature leadership but incredible staff

      Pros

      - variety of work (consulting) - acquired by Bain - unlimited PTO

      Cons

      This company is incredibly disorganized and does not have a grasp on what it means to take care of employees. Onboarding was non-existent (bad at any level but fatal at the senior leadership level), expectations and feedback were not adequately provided (even after multiple attempts), and internal processes were undefined and arbitrary. They still operate with a “small scrappy startup” mentality (including apparent zero accountability for executive leadership) even though they are a growing organization that was acquired by Bain.

      They have benefits that are superior to the law. 100% remote work Interesting projects Professional growth Interesting clients Foray into projects with AI

      Cons

      They need to improve benefits for both the US and Mexico. They eliminated unlimited PTOS for Mexico. They need to add more vacation days to Mexico, paternity leave, etc.

      Pros

      Mexico employees: Decent salary, private insurance, good managers.

      Cons

      Mexico employees: Benefits are at minimum. You pay for dependents in the private insurance from your pocket. No more unlimited PTO and only minimum offered by law. Less opportunity to grow compared to American staff. Get everything in writing and record conversations with HR in possible. In the last two year they have constantly broken promises and reduce the benefits for near shore employees to reduce budget.
