      Pros

      Probably you will find good colleagues, but is not a fact. Opportunity to learn different stuff on multiple career paths, as it is a startup.

      Cons

      Bad salary, probably you get promoted but there is no increase immediately. Sometimes you have to work extra hours and these are not paid. The founders are not nice and demand a lot to the IT department, requesting stuff that is not feasible or is just dumb. When layoffs happened, the people laid off were not compensated the right and legal way. It is probably a good opportunity as first job but not for the long run. You don't get trained properly.

      Nice workmates, other than that, there is no pro (run if you can)

      Cons

      -Non-existent processes -Deal with founders whims: 150% of the time -Tolerate rudeness and being treated as useless: 100% of the time -Don't respecting the laws: 10%? I don't have much data, but firing people and not paying them in full is illegal -Everything is for yesterday

      Pros

      If you want to learn and do some great stuff along with the knowledge of how your work is impacting the product, then this is a place for you! Good culture and helpful people.

      Cons

      Less benefits as of now. But that could be considered okay since it's a startup. Good things will come along i believe.
