      You will get job offer without interview or just in a single point discussion.

      Cons

      One man company Lots of paperwork in sake of their policy Micro management Abusive behaviour with employees Salary deductions unreasonably Has bad records for stealing data No new learnings No employees benefit Employment will be Always in risks You will be force to leave company within a month or 2 max Saturday you will be called to travel 40km for review and waste of time. Once you will leave company, dont expect for your last month salary or any settlement from them.

      Very good Environment as startup company it’s has been two year complete and recently funded Indusland bank so now looking futures will secure with Organisation.

      Very friendly and Enjoyable Environment.
